I adjusted slightly a recipe for Nutella cookies I found via Pinterest. The original recipe calls for sugar to be added to the dough, but this is NOT necessary with all the Nutella that is already in them...
They do the job when you just 'need' a proper chocolate hit!
The recipe is super simple and FAST with only 3 ingredients:
325 gram Nutella
2.5 dl flour
1 egg
Mix well and
Form to a sausage
Cut into thick slices (makes about 20-25 cookies)
Bake at 175 degrees for about 6-8 mins
Let them cool
